Swimming Retreats

We design our retreats so that you will reap all the natural benefits the setting has to offer, outlining our swim sessions around the natural terrain to incorporate both movement in water and stillness using Watsu techniques. 


You will explore themes of intensity, skill and deep relaxation within water and will leave feeling lighter, more relaxed and ready to return back to reality with a fresh zest for life.
